Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Ultra Mega Toys. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.
1. Order processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.
2. Delivery timeframes
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Portugal and EU: 6 to 9 business days
- International (outside EU): 7 to 13 business days
These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders above $40.
4. Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to follow your shipment in real time. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.
5. Multiple item orders
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
6. International orders and customs
For deliveries outside Portugal, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may be charged by your country's customs authority upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering. Ultra Mega Toys has no control over customs fees and cannot predict their amount.
7. Delays and exceptions
While we do everything we can to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to extreme weather, customs hold-ups, or carrier disruptions. If your order is significantly delayed or cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you promptly to resolve the situation.
8. Lost or undelivered orders
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and your local post office first. If the issue persists, contact us at info@ultramegatoys.com and we will investigate and assist you.
